Seems Michael Eisner is still more than a little pissed about how the Disney shake-up went down. He took a swipe at the only person who has ever actually created a profitable model for selling digital media online in any volume that create any royalties for anyone at all.

Which, in turn, makes the stock stumble, just enough for a little extra wiggle room and a couple of bucks a share within a few weeks when the stock makes its inevitable and bankable rebound.
