That sounds pretty bad… Then, we saw and HEARD the video…
In a accent somewhere between Steve Martin’s “Wild & Crazy Guys” SNL character and that cuban guy who rolls cigars on Miami Beach, the ominous voice is heard saying: “I am coming to YOU…” and “You will explode after a few minutes…”.
Now, forget for a second that the accent is so horribly, laughably bad. To anyone with any sense of auditory acuity, the level and sound of the audio is distinctly different as well. It sticks out like a YouTube parody voiceover. But this is coming from the US GOVERNMENT? Sheesh.
